Nicotinamide Riboside and Resveratrol in a single daily capsule. Designed to support cellular energy and the body’s own repair pathways.
What it is
NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme involved in cellular energy production and in regulating sirtuins — a family of proteins linked to cellular repair. NAD+ levels naturally decline with age. The body cannot absorb NAD+ directly from a supplement, so we use precursors the body converts into NAD+.
Per daily serving:
-
Nicotinamide Riboside (NR) — 500mg. The most-studied NAD+ precursor. Bioavailable; crosses the blood–brain barrier.
-
Quercetin — 100mg. A polyphenol studied alongside NR for its potential role in supporting sirtuin signalling.
-
Trans-Resveratrol — 50mg. The active isomer of resveratrol. Verified by HPLC.
How it’s used
Two capsules daily, with or without food. Consistency matters more than timing — NAD+ precursor research is dose-dependent, and benefits build over weeks of regular use.
What the research suggests
Clinical studies have shown NR supplementation raises NAD+ levels in human blood. Whether higher NAD+ translates to specific subjective outcomes is still being studied. We won’t make longevity claims — those require decades of human data that don’t yet exist. What we can say: this formulation uses researched precursors at researched doses, and is the kind of supplement many people take as part of a long-term cellular-health protocol.
